Earn money and play gambling

Earn money and play gambling

In Britain and America there are many ways to play. Exorbitant amounts of money are involved in respective governments that receive significant income in the form of taxes. Socially gambling has been subjected to opposition morally and is legally identified as a corrupt move in some societies. The slightest gambling continues to never rise as a great form of relaxation and as a way either legally or illegally to make money.

As long as there have been people playing or chess games as they are known it has been. It was around the middle of the thirteenth century that the dice first became prominent in Greece although a similar form of entertainment was used by the ancient Egyptians called Knuckle bone. Playing cards were first enrolled in China in the ninth or tenth century. They were then taken up by Europeans in the fourteenth century probably Italy with a package of 78 cards. It was a hundred years later before the standard package of 52 cards was approved as the norm. But as well as these games betting on sports such as horse racing and dog and cock fighting played a popular appeal. In all of us there is an appeal to win money for little or no effort but there are still mixed feelings about the various forms of games available today.

Religion is prominent in many societies today. In some it is more dominant than politics and affects many of the decisions taken by governments. In fact many religions condemn gambling. Although Catholic countries were the first to start playing lotteries seriously. It is the fact that gambling can be attributed to greed and corruption and may be a case of many that encourage faith in the anti gambling fraction. Games have also been linked to alcoholism with many chance games taking place in public houses. The fact that drinking alcohol can also be associated with violence and desire does nothing to help the pro gambling lobby. The fact that there are winners and losers with the win wins are compensated by loser losses even though the poker games I played in this never work.

Here in Britain things are a bit more relaxed. Take a look at these numbers:

8% of adults play bingo

11% of adults use licensed game stores

62% of all households play the national lottery on a Saturday

33% play on Wednesday

The above figures were taken from Social Trends 1998 so today the numbers can be significantly more. John Wesley founder of Methodist Church had outstanding views on the game. He said that a Christian should be a trustee of money and not own it and money should not be achieved through funds that could hurt his neighbor ie pledging or borrowing of excessive interest rates on loans.

Not everyone associated with religion has taken such an attitude. The soon Anglican bishop of Exeter Robert Mortimer said in 1933 that not all forms of play were immoral. He actually did some research into the different forms and decided that some forms of play were a legitimate abandonment that no institution was entitled to completely prohibit.

In 1948 an international congress of Anglican bishops were concerned about the aftermath of games on not only players but their families as well. In fact when premiums were introduced in 1956 Archbishop of Canterbury Geoffrey Fisher condemned them as private gain apart from responsibility. This was backed by the then shadow chancellor Harold Wilson as a clumsy plot .

Many governments now decide to decide on game decisions but the ban would condemn the problem of underground activities and thereby lose revenues.

Another score in the games advantage. As early as 1569 it was used to raise funds for public projects.

Thats not the way all games are bad. In fact some are quite therapeutic. As long as refunds are not taken into account there is not much damage done. Thats when gambling takes over their life that problems arise. The motto is feel your limits and stay safe.

Gambling especially on the right sport and with the right preparation can be very rewarding. But making money online is not a gig. Following the right person and taking the right advice is crucial to success. Take a look at the following website and especially on the available presents. You will be surprised.
